Bronte has an extensive practical farming background, she grew up in Timboon in western district Victoria. Her parents own an agricultural contracting business and a sheep property north of Hamilton. Bronte worked and went on to be an assistant manager of a progressive dairy farming business at Timboon over eight years where her main responsibilities included: milk harvesting, rearing of young stock, animal husbandry and record keeping.
Bronte then studied at Marcus Oldham College and is completing her final year of a bachelor degree in Business (Agriculture). During these studies she undertook her practical placement year at Nareen Station (Harrow) where they ran 90,000 DSE which were a combination of merino sheep and beef cattle.
She has a strong interest in livestock management and the performance of these businesses, this passion led to be employed by Mulcahy and Co as a graduate agri consultant as part of the new Agri Solutions Team. Her first-hand experience and understanding of a farm business has directed her career towards the financial management of primary production business.

Bronte’s key areas of expertise include:
- Family Farm succession planning including entity structuring & asset protection advice.
- Production performance, recording and management advice.
- Agribusiness financial management, including preparing & analysing production reports, budgets & forecasts.
- Cloud accounting Software: implementation and training of Xero & Figured.
When Bronte isn’t at work or studying she enjoys spending time at her family’s property at Cavendish with her working dogs and having dinner parties with friends.
