As a client service manager Fluer acts as a liaison between our accountants and our clients. She also works to resolve queries and problem solving for clients and ensure that work is completed timely and as expected. Fluer works to ensure each client’s satisfaction with Mulcahy & Co.

Fluer is often the primary point of contact for clients. Fluer’s jobs include directing queries to the correct person, fielding customer enquiries, and resolving any possible customer complaints.

Fluer is also from time to time involved in developing procedures; Fluer has a high standard of follow-up with accountants and clients to ensure work is completed on time.
