Serena KirkpatrickClient Service Manager

Serena works as a client services manager with thin the accounting team. She acts predominantly as personal assistant to Mark Cunningham (partner of Mulcahy & Co), also assisting the accountants with general administrative duties and the clients with tax enquiries.

Serena commenced work at Mulcahy & Co in April 2015 as a client services manager.

She previously worked within the telecommunications industry (Telstra) where she gained knowledge in Telstra products and services and also completed certificate three in customer service administration.

Serena has several years’ experience across the insurance industry in various roles mainly focusing on insurance broking and managing insurance claims. These roles helped her gain diversified knowledge and she was also able to complete tier 1 & 2 in financial services. She is enjoying the change of pace in the accounting world and prides herself on providing outstanding customer service to all clients.

Serena’s area of expertise include:

  • Managing debtor control, assisting clients with payment plans.
  • Reception cover – having previous experience in receptionist roles she is confident on the phone.
  • General administration duties, including liaising with clients, ASIC and the Australian Taxation Office.
