Responsibilities
- Drafting email correspondence
- Client file management
- Liaising with clients via both email and phone
- Liaising with a variety of external stakeholders including real estate agents, finance institutions and legal representatives
- Other administrative tasks as required
Required Skills
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage your own workload within a supportive team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
